Ottika Group Return & Exchange Policy:

At Ottika, we prioritize your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes a change of heart or unexpected circumstances may arise. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible for our valued customers.

1. Eligibility:- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Because the majority of the products we sell are Eye Care Products & PPE, they will not be accepted as a return if it is used.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not. If approved by the company, you may get store credits or exchange on them.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer support team through the provided channels on our website. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

5. Exchange Process: If you're requesting an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as the original item is received and inspected.

6. Exceptions: Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Prescription Glasses
If you have to return prescription glasses, you will lose the cost of the lenses.
You must ship the glasses to us in unused condition.
